Journey 2 therefore, is all about identifying counterproductive behaviors relating to your working with people dimensions, and implementing the development recommendations in your Expert Guides to assist you in overcoming them.
Once again, your next steps are to work through the Expert Guides that were sent to you. Use the Roadmap to identify where you should begin with your development. Then carry out the development recommendations per development dimension that are made in the Expert Guides, in conjunction with the Companion Workbooks. Use the Tool and Development Activities that you have been introduced to. Master one Development Dimension at a time. When you feel you have made sufficient progress with Journey 1 and have carried out all of the development recommendations, you will be ready for Journey 3.
