FORMING NEW HABITS
We hope you will agree with us that Ken can change. To do so he needs to achieve an in - depth awareness of his domineering behavior and the multitude of situations in which it makes him ineffective and alienates others. This in itself may very well bring about some change, but Ken may need to more than just become more self - aware. Becoming more emotionally intelligent is all about increasing awareness that leads to behavior change. Behavior change requires forming new habits. Perhaps the most important learning point from this article is to choose a habit that is incredibly easy to start. The easiest way to form new habits is in small, easy to achieve steps, that are repeated over time.
To help you to do this, we highly recommend that you enrol for the free Tiny Habits course offered by the Tiny Habits Academy. This course will help you to make small, consistent behavior changes that are enduring. You can first do the Tiny Habits course (which takes 5 days) before continuing with My EQ, or you can do it in parallel with My EQ.
