Journey 1 concerns itself with Self - Regulation. Self -regulation is the practise of conscious personal management that involves the process of guiding one's own thoughts, behaviors, and feelings to reach goals. Think of it as how you manage your emotions, impulses and behaviors. There are 6 stops on the Self - Regulation Journey. You should complete all 6 stops before moving onto Journey 2 - Working with People.


How much time you spend on each stop will depend on two things.

  • How strong a development area it is (stronger development areas will have more development recommendations to carry out).
  • How much you are willing to invest in improving your Self Regulation.
