It provides you with detailed feedback and other important information concerning each of the personality dimensions that you were assessed on. There are a total of 16 Expert Guides in this PDF document. The Expert Guides are one of the most important tools to help you in your development. They are structured as follows:

This short discussion on your profile will help to increase your self - knowledge.

This section will give you a better insight into how a personality dimension may work against you. Remember, that not all of the counterproductive behaviors may necessarily apply to you. However, you should keep an open mind and implement the self - awareness exercises that you will find in your workbook. This will help you to become alert to situations where counterproductive behaviors trip you up.
