WORKBOOK

There is a Companion Workbook for each Expert Guide on each Personality Dimension which you can download from the Download Page. Each workbook is customised for each Personality Dimension. To complete the Leadership Journey you must have completed a total of 16 Workbooks (one for each of the 16 Personality Dimensions).

Remember that you should always use the Companion Workbook together with your Expert Guides.

The Workbook provides spaces for you to implement the recommended Development Actions (but you should only implement the development actions/steps that have been recommended). They are:

1. Increase Insight and Self - Awareness
2. Implement Coaching Suggestions
3. Do the Recommended Readings
4. Develop Target Behaviors
5. Do the EQ Workout
6. Reflection

In the Expert Guide you will find the Recommendations Development Actionsdirectly under the graph next to your rating:

How many of these development actions you will need to implement will depend on the strength of your score on a personality dimension.

Please download and print the Sample Companion Workbook below. Browse through it to get an overall feel for how it works. We will however discuss each of the six development actions/activities and how to implement them in detail in Module 3.

Finally, you will find the Companion Workbooks in the Downloads Section of this website.

By now it should be very clear that repetition is key to cementing behavior change. As a result you may wish to repeat the Development Activities that have been recommended to you and are therefore welcome to make as many copies of the Companion Workbook as you like. Remember as per the license agreement, you may only do so for personal use and will be in violation of copyright and intellectual property laws if you distribute them in any way.
